Chef Sam at ISM Culinary Camp
Every summer our executive chef, Sam Merenda, gets to ditch the kitchen for a day and go to summer camp. Lucky dog! This summer Chef Sam spent time at the Indiana State Museum during their Culinary Camp where kid chefs learned how to slice, dice and chop their way through the kitchen with proper knife skills and plating presentation techniques. While Chef Sam was only able to join these aspiring chefs for one day, he had several photos to share with our team when he joined us back at our main kitchen at Montage.
