Perfect Wedding Guide December Luncheon

Yesterday Kahn’s Catering and Montage had the pleasure of hosting the Perfect Wedding Guide December Networking luncheon. Photographers, DJs, Venues, and other essential wedding vendors participate. This great monthly event serves as an opportunity for wedding professionals throughout the Indianapolis area to gather, network, and share their ideas on the wedding industry. Our sales staff had the opportunity to attend and speak with many area professionals, seeing both new and familiar faces.

The menu was exceptional, featuring items from our holiday menu. Attendees were welcome upon registration to a cocktail hour hosted in our Champagne room. Holiday themed beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic were available. Passed hors d’oeuvres were the start of this well-curated meal. Several days prior to the luncheon, Perfect Wedding Guide shared the menu on Facebook with those interested in attending. Many had said it was once they saw the menu they knew they had to be here.

First Course
Frisee, endive, radicchio, nutmeg spiced macadamia nuts, pink peppered goat cheese,

White marble farms roasted pork tenderloin, apricot marmalade
Served with brussels sprouts, kalettes, vidalia onion and pancetta
Sweet potato flan with candied pecan crust

Third Course
Duo of chai tea pot de creme, honey ginger whipped cream and pumpkin spice cake with cardamom rum glaze
