I want to express my thanks for the awesome job you and your ‘crew’ did last night. As far as I was concerned the evening went off without a hitch and everything was beautifully done. Maxine, Ann and I had many compliments on wat we did to create such a great evening, but I know the true person to thank is you and your staff’s attention to detail. Jenny was organized. She carefully walked us through the complexity of linens and food choices. She took the time to set up a table with linen choices at the tasting and helped Jenna and Dom select alternate choices for some of the items after seeing the table. Jenny made suggestions to make our food plate look appealing. She let the bride select “whatever she wanted” for her meal which made her very happy! We had many compliments on the food! The BEO document was a great tool to know we were all “on the same page”.   Every question was answered. As soon as we had our first meeting with Jenny, we felt like we were in good hands.
