Experienced Leadership Team
Our leadership team has years of experience in event management, predominately as past hoteliers, with over 30 years of catering experience combined. Our Event Specialist and managers never operate alone and always work within our team to ensure the highest quality of service and seamless event management from the planning process through the execution of the event.

Kahn’s Catering is the exclusive caterer of the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Indiana State Museum, and Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art.  Each of these magnificent Indianapolis icons of culture feature breathtaking architecture and grounds, surrounded by ambiance and atmosphere unmatched by other venues in the city. Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, each are easily accessible by expressway and provide ample amenities to their guests.

Exceptional Museum Cafes
Kahn’s Catering proudly operates the cafes of each exclusive museum venues as well as the historic L.S. Ayres Tea Room at the Indiana State Museum. Offering themed menus fitting for each of their locations, our cafes are managed by an on-site Kahn’s Catering café manager and serviced by our trained and quality driven service staff. In addition to our exclusive museum venues, Kahn’s Catering has our own signature venue, Montage. With four different event spaces, each with their own atmosphere and ambiance, an abundance of natural light and stunning water views welcome your guests and set the stage for your ideal wedding, private reception, or corporate function.

Catering for Any Location
Kahn’s Catering is Indiana’s largest off-premise caterer. Our service is not limited to our exclusive or signature venues, we are able to cater at a location of your choice as well. With an 8,000 sq ft. prep kitchen located at our venue, Montage, we are able to prepare for parties of any size at any venue. Using our own trucks and equipment, be confident in knowing that our setup and culinary teams will be able to create the event you envision, wherever you envision it, without relying on outside services to provide equipment for the party. Kahn’s Catering owns all of the necessary catering equipment plus many specialty props to ensure the proper look and logistics for all food presentation. Kahn’s Catering has the largest trained catering staff in Indianapolis with 150 servers capable of servicing events with over 1,000 guests.
